1. Acceptance of Terms

By using GharSewa’s services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and any other legal notices or guidelines we may publish.

2. Services Offered

GharSewa provides property maintenance services including but not limited to cleaning, plumbing, and electrical services. These services are offered through verified third-party professionals.

3. User Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate property and contact details.
  • Ensure access to the property for service providers.
  • Do not misuse the platform or engage in fraudulent activities.

4. Service Booking & Payment

  • Services can be booked online.
  • Payments can be made online or in cash upon service completion.
  • Subscription plans follow the selected package billing cycle.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled service.
  • Refunds for pre-paid services are handled case-by-case.
  • No refunds for completed services.

6. Service Quality & Liability

GharSewa verifies service providers but does not directly employ them. We are not liable for service damages unless caused by platform-level negligence. Users can review and rate providers after completion.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the GharSewa platform is owned by GharSewa and may not be reused without written consent.

8. Modifications

We reserve the right to update these Terms. Changes will be communicated through the platform or email notifications.
